Technology librarian Brad McKenna – who has been wearing hearing aids for almost twenty years – hosts a monthly discussion group where attendees can ask questions and share tips and tricks. Brad gets the conversation started each meeting by showing what technologies he finds helpful. The discussion isn’t just technology. Brad shares practical advice, communication tips – like asking people to rephrase not repeat – and what’s involved in getting hearing aids in the first place.
