This is fine. but if the audiologist or salesperson knows how to program ONLY ONE brand of Cell phone, this leaves purchasers of a different brand cell phone without use of the compatibility feature. We need to follow through on this new requirement with the practitioner or salesperson responsible and capable to program the phone, whatever brand is in question. In addition, there should be a remedy or penalty if the Aid purchaser is left with an Aid that does not fulfill the potential of the compatibility because of the failure of an audiologist or salesperson to properly establish the phone features.,
